Ink Foaming is probably the most discussed topic in the printing

industry. But how best to quantify it?

Minimizing ink foam is only possible if you use a reliable method for measuring. This to determine the effect of the changes made to the ink on the foaming of the ink. Technology coaching has developed a handy tool-kit and procedure to monitor ink foam. It is based on the principle that the ink density (kg/m³) drops when the ink start foaming.
